There are so many things that people can do during these exceptional times. One of the things that can help is to actually know that there are things you can do as feeling powerless is an awful feeling. This is especially important during this time. When I started to realise that I could change things in the way that I dealt with life it began to lift me out of a dark place where I had lived in my mind for a long time. Finding out about what worked and what didn’t, made me feel safer and so I will share some of my favourites in the hopes that it will helps others too.
